Ceremony
The ceremony will be held on the beach at our resort the Barcelo Maya Palace, on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 4pm.
The great thing about the Barcelo Maya Palace is that they do not restrict you to the gazebo or to any specific wedding area. When we arrive in Mexico we will meet with the resort wedding coordinator, jump into a golf cart and do a tour around the resort. We can scope out the ideal spot for the ceremony, select flowers, cake, decorations, etc and the resort will make it happen. We will ensure all our guests know the exact location prior to the ceremony.
Reception
While we finish up pictures, feel free to grab a drink at the lobby bar, or take a nice walk on the beach. The reception will begin at 5:30pm outside the Coral Grill directly on the beach. Make sure to come hungry & ready to DANCE!!! All wedding guests will enjoy an elegant 4-course dinner, accompanied by the first dances, cake cutting, and garter/bouquet toss.
